Shani became a Realtor in 1989 and a broker in 2012. Prior to moving to the East Bay 3 years ago, she has worked for Cronan Real Estate Services for 10 years, she has dedicated her time and energy to assisting clients to achieve their dream of property ownership and pursuing her own passion for flipping/renovating properties. She has an eye for a property's potential no matter the condition, hands-on with the process of taking dated properties & dis-functional floor plans, and making them beautiful and appealing to buyers. Shani has extensive knowledge of East Bay communities as well as the desire to share her knowledge of the flipping business. I enjoy the entire process of flipping a home, the seeking out of the dated/ugly property in need of rehab/renovation, the purchase negotiation. I act as owner Contractor and hire/manage/supervise all subcontractors. I design the space, purchase & deliver all the materials, stage, list the property once it is completely renovated, and act as a selling agent representing myself. I enjoy getting the feedback and response of buyers and agents once they view the finished home. I also have enjoyed working with buyers. |
